The Potential of Ethanol

Some estimates put our world oil supply at about 50 years. Ethanol can help extend that timeframe. U.S. motorists already get more fuel from American ethanol than from Saudi Arabian oil. But we believe the greatest promise lies with cellulosic ethanol. While traditional corn-based ethanol already provides 50-80 percent more energy than it takes to produce, cellulosic ethanol will increase that figure dramatically.
